Speaking at the prematch press conference, our head coach Paulo Sousa, explained that the match against Al Nasr in the 11th matchweek of ADNOC Professional League on Sunday, is different from the previous two matches between the two teams in Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Cup, but the game will be against the same team, pointing out the great importance of the match.
The coach stated that they focused during the preparations on enhancing the positives and addressing some of the negative points, adding that they need to be fully focus order to achieve the desired goal.
Paulo Sousa expressed his full respect for the Al Nasr team, which is considered one of the good teams in the league, indicating that each team will fight hard to win, appreciating the great role of the team’s fans, adding that their presence motivates the players to give their best.
Our player Harb Abdullah, who accompanied the coach at the press conference, confirmed that he is ready for the match against Al-Nasr, noting that the preparations for the upcoming match went well, and the technical staff analyzed the previous matches. He said: “I did not participate in the previous two matches against Al-Nasr because I was with the national team, but I was keen to follow the team, now everyone is keen to make every possible effort in order to achieve a positive result.”
