Shabab Alahli qualified to the quarterfinals of the Arab Gulf Cup, after beating the host Al Dhafra 3-0, to face Khorfakkan, who qualified after drawing 0-0 with Alain.
Jesus Igor opened the score for Shabab Alahli from penalty spot just ten minutes from the kickoff, the referee awarded visitors a penalty after Al Dhafra defender touched the ball with his hand inside the box.
Saeed Ahmed added the second goal for Shabab Alahli in the 28th minute from an easy pass that he received from Muhammad Juma, Saeed Ahmed appeared again inside the area to score his second personal goal and the third for his team in 50th minute.
