Shabab Alahli scored the first goal earlier through Ahmed Al Attas in the 12th minute following a perfect pass from Carlos Eduardo inside the box. seven minutes later, Heldon Ramos the second goal and Carlos Eduardo made it 3-0 three minutes to the end of the halftime.
Abdulaziz Haikal was sent off in the 67th minute, and Khorfakkan reduced the deficit through Bruno Lamas. Shabab Al Ahli’s Mohammed Marzooq then mistakenly scored an own goal to make it 3-2. However, the substitute Federico Cartabia scored the 4th goal in the 88th minute from penalty spot.
